Payment Policy

1. Payment Methods

At Shoppy Corner, we offer the following payment options:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for all orders.
• Advance Payment: Required for orders of PKR 5000 or above via JazzCash or EasyPaisa.

2. Advance Payment for Large Orders

• If your order total is PKR 5000 or more, you must make an advance payment before order processing.
• Payment can be made via:
  • JazzCash
  • EasyPaisa
• Our team will share the payment details with you once you place your order.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available for orders below PKR 5000.
• Payment must be made in cash at the time of delivery.
• Customers should ensure they have the exact amount ready, as delivery agents may have limited change.

4. Payment Confirmation

• For advance payments, customers must share the payment receipt/screenshot via WhatsApp for confirmation.
• Orders will only be processed after verification of advance payments (for orders above PKR 5000).

5. Refunds for Advance Payments

• In case of order cancellation before shipping, the advance amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days.
• If the order is canceled after shipping, refund eligibility will be based on our Return & Refund Policy.
